We have contracted cleaners that do a great job cleaning when needed. Depending on the size of the job and what is needed, the price will vary. Typically ranges anywhere from $75-$250. 

Apartment Key Copy - $25 

Re-Key Apartment - $50 

Lock Replacement - $100 

Keys not Returned - $50 

Garage door Openers - $200 

Parking passes not Returned - $50

If you need to terminate your lease early, you'll begin by paying the $400 re-listing fee. 

This allows us to begin to list your unit, show your unit, and accept applications for your unit. 

You are responsible for your unit until we have rented it. 

Once it is rented, you are released from it, but you do lose your deposit as well. 

Specality items such as broken glass/windows, broken appliances, clogged plumbing lines, or obvious damage to the apartment, will be handled by professionals and billed to the tenant.
